Our Cellar Door will be closed on Christmas Day, Boxing Day and New Years Day but is otherwise open for free tastings seven days from 11.00am to 5.00pm. Our bistro will be open on 23 and 24 December then 28 to 31 December 2022 serving light lunches from 12pm to 3pm.

Top Gold at the 2014 Heathcote Wine Show

Thrilled to announce that our wines have done exceptionally well again the 2014 Heathcote Wine Show. They were lined up with over 200 other shiraz from the region and we came out with a trophy and 10 medals.

2008 Mail Coach Shiraz took out the top gold and trophy for the second year in a row in the category Best Table Wine 2008 and Older. The 2010 Wilkins Shiraz, 2004 Curagee Shiraz and 2010 Mail Coach Shiraz all won gold medals. Fantastic work guys!

Three Trophies and Multiple Medals for Heathcote Winery!

Fantastic result last night for us at the Inaugural Heathcote Wine Show. We picked up best single vineyard Shiraz and best older Shiraz for The Wilkins, as well as best museum Shiraz for our ’08 Mail Coach. Congratulations to all the other trophy and medal winners and well done to Sanguine Estate for taking out the Grand Terroir trophy. A great step for the region and we look forward to the next show.

The 2011 Mail Coach Shiraz was awarded a Gold Medal at the 2013 International Wine Challenge in London, the only Victorian Shiraz awarded Gold.
