Shipping and Delivery Policy 

 

This Shipping & Delivery Policy is part of our Terms of Service (“Terms”) and should be therefore read alongside our main Terms Privacy Policy.

Please carefully review our Shipping & Delivery Policy when purchasing our products. This policy will apply to any order you place with us.

What are my shipping & delivery options?

Cellar door pickup is available for all purchases. Pickups are available 7 days a week 11am – 3pm at the Cellar Door.

Free Shipping

We offer $12 standard freight on all domestic orders for wine club members and free freight over $240 save for our HQ shiraz which is $12 standard freight per dozen irrespective of the total value of the order.

Do you deliver internationally?

Unfortunately, we only deliver to Australian locations at the current time.

What happens if my order is delayed?

If delivery is delayed for any reason we will let you know as soon as possible and will advise you of a revised estimated date for delivery.
