2022 Cravens Place Shiraz
Sourced from one of the earlier plantings in the warmer north of the Heathcote region called Colbinnabin where deep rich Cambrian soils produce wines with enhanced aromatics and complex fruit driven flavours.
Colour: Deep dark red.
Nose: Fresh red and blackberry fruits.
Palate: Sweet and supple with juicy generosity and a hint of oak.
Cellaring: Enjoy now or cellar for up to 5 years
Alcohol: 14.5%
2022 Mail Coach Shiraz
The goldfield folk expected Thomas Craven’s mail service — the region’s first — to deliver. Our own Mail Coach does the same, consistently packed with what one expects from a true Heathcote shiraz: richness, power, spice and elegance.
Colour: Dark purple vibrant red.
Nose: Berry driven with plum pudding spice and freshly ground coffee.
Palate: Concentrated and full of primary fruit flavours.

2021 Slaughterhouse Paddock Shiraz
Grown on the old cattle holding yards and hand-picked from the old vines at our Slaughterhouse Paddock Vineyard, this wine is made to reflect the power and richness of Heathcote Shiraz.
Colour: Dark purple vibrant red.
Nose: Subtle hints of black pepper and dark chocolate.
Palate: An infusion of dark berry fruits and cedary oak-derived spices.
