Grown predominantly on the ancient red Cambrian soils, this wine is made from a blend of our two vineyards. The fruit is hand-harvested and whole berry fermented in individual batches to preserve the clonal diversity. French and American oak is used to add structure, elegance and spice. Full of deep dark concentrated fruit, we add 2% viognier to add an extra layer of complexity.
The result is intensely dark berry fruit aromatics that lead to a pallet full of sweat oak spice with firm structural tannins.
