Grown predominantly on the ancient red Cambrian soils, this wine is made from a blend of our two vineyards. All the fruit is basket pressed and then aged in a combination of French and American oak. Full of deep dark fruit, we add 2% viognier to add an extra layer of finesse.
2016 saw a hot, dry and low yielding vintage that produced exceptional richness and concentration. This vintage will appeal to those inclined toward a more traditional expression of Shiraz, bursting with flavours of dark plum, currant, blackberry, dark chocolate and spice.
